Supervisors in training

So I was out clearing leaves today. Had the leaf blower going. The
kittens "sick" room has a window that looks out to the sidewalk and
the front yard, and while I was clearing leaves, I look in the window
and there are my two new supervisors sitting on the kitty condo
looking out, watching me intently. I could almost *hear* their
thoughts, it was so funny with them watching me with wide-eyed
curiousity. Scarlett to Rhett: "dude, is that our hoomin?" Rhett,
with a tilted sideways head peering at me "yup, sis, that's her".
Scarlett, watching the leaves blowing: "dude, what's she doin?"
Rhett, perplexed, still watching with tilted head "dunno, sis. But it
doesn't look fun".  ;)

They are doing so much better after a week. The eyes are all cleared
up, no sniffles, and just a few sneezes left. One more week, and
Shamrock and Bonnie should be able to "meet" them more than just
peaking through the door when I open it. Scarlett is the bold one and
takes every opportunity to run out of the room when I open the door
to bring in food, go play with them, or give them their medicine.
She's going to be a handful!

No, no, how could someone so cute be a handful? ;o) <oblivion because
it's been 16 years since I lived with a kitten>

I get the same looks when cutting the grass. WTH is he doing with that noisy
machine. Doesn't he know there are better things to do, like sleep.

They probably thought you were wrestling the scary monster, it must
sound a bit like the vacuum cleaner to them. I hope their sneezes clear
up soon and they can meet their fursibs.
