We read about kitties and d-things saving families from various
tragedies and disasters, but here's one about a noisy parrot, and how
imitating a smoke alarm saved a father and son:

Although the end result isn't laughable, I think the fact that this home is
also a locksmith shop and has been burgled 4 times in a month is pretty
funny. I think he needs better locks.
