The power of purrs

Sometimes it is AMAZING how effective group purrs can be!

I asked a couple weeks ago for folks to purr that I'd find a way to get
to the midwest to pick up Harri, since my dispatcher wasn't finding any
ways to make it happen. I ended up there ok, and got Harri just fine.
Now I can't get out of the midwest!

Harri and I picked up a load in Springfield, MO headed for Seattle. We
made it as far as Sioux City, SD today, and learned that tomorrow we're
going to swap trailers with another driver at Rapid City, SD. He's
taking my trailer on to Washington, and I'm taking his - to Chicago!

I'm not complaining - I like these high-miles runs. But I thought I
would share the observation. I couldn't get to the midwest at all until
y'all joined me in purring about it, and now I'm getting to the midwest,
and back to the midwest, and back to the midwest...

LOL! We'll start purring now that you get back home soon with Harri.

Just a variation on an old adage:  Be careful what you purr for, because it
might be exactly what you get.

Anyway, we're sending purrs that now that the first part of the task is
completed, that you and Harri will have a safe  and enjoyable journey back
to your home in the West.

Oops, I had better make sure to tell the girls that you no longer need
those "get to the Midwest purrs" LOL
