Of the feline persuasion, naturally. =o) My next door neighbor, a
fairly nice guy I run into once in a while in passing, already had
an adolescent female black and white spotted girl. I sometimes stop
and "talk" to her while she's in the front window of my neighbor's
apartment, as she reminds me a little of the late, beloved Isadora,
who was also a B&W. Anyway, this little lady was very lonely as an
only cat, so her slave went to the shelter to get her some company.
The new addition is a cute little tabby fellow with a white shirtfront
and tummy and white paws, I estimate he's three or four months old.
Well the little guy is as chatty as his feline roommate, and yesterday
I actually got to talk to them both while they meatloafed in the
morning sunlight in my neighbor's living room window. =o)
When I go back inside my apartment after talking to the "neighbors",
Francesca and Nina give me dark looks, and aren't interested in
cuddling for a bit. =o)

I'm always glad to hear that a kitty gets a companion. My new neighbors
have RED and white tabby and a brown tabby. They let them out on the
deck (I noticed they must keep an eye from the living room.) and the
kitties have been good and stayed on the deck. The red one comes out
all the time. I don't see the other one much. I guess OUT isn't that
interesting to that one.
