Hi gang. I haven't posted in a coon's age, I know. Just been busy on the
home front and starting my from-home job again. Hope all posters and
four-on-the-floor babies are doing well. I'll have to sift thru the
zillion unreads later!

We went to San Diego for three days last month, leaving the three kits
at home rather than boarding them. I bought an automatic litter box,
figuring that between that and their huge Hooda, they'd be fine. But
little Loki was scared to death of it. Wouldn't go in it to save his
life. Everyone said I was confusing him by having both available, so I
should block the Hooda. HAH !! He held it so long that one evening I
went to go to bed and the pillow, sheet, comforter, and down to the
mattress pad - - was soaked! The next morning while changing the bed
(after laundering the sheets at one in the morning) - my nightgown was
on the floor - - Loki was running around the house acting frantic - and
all of a sudden there is a pile of poop on my nightgown! I swear it was
half the size of his body! Anywayl, they were fine, Rex and maMA used
the auto and Loki the Hooda!

The main reason I'm posting, tho, is maMA. I was lying in bed this
morning, and she let me cuddle her. That's a first. She'll lie down by
me and let me skritch and she'll purr and purr. But she's never liked
that 'being trapped' sensation.

Anyway, I posted some pix on Photobucket, the first is her back in Sep
of 05 when she came to us, and they progress to now. I can't believe how
much she's changed, physically and emotionally!

PS: I don't like Photobucket. Think I'll go back to Webshots!

Wow-what a knockout she is now!  You must be doing something right. :)

I think she's absolutely beautiful -- but I could possibly be accused of
bias:

Apparently they also have similar attitudes toward human attention.
