Just a short update on Sammy and Spotty  and their blood work today.
Everything was well within normal range. Since Sammy has received to
FIV immunization, she wasn't tested for that, but Spotty was and came
back negative. The only problem came when the tech weighed Sammy.
Sammy figured since she had to give up some blood, the tech should,
too. Sammy did her patented over the shoulder escape move and clawed
the tech's shoulder pretty good.

Little Bit hasn't shown much improvement the past couple days. She
still has a little hitch in her step because one leg is weak, but she
can jump up onto the bed so is happy. I can tell she's getting tired
of being medicated, 'cause she fights the medication more. Still, as
long as I take my time and give her lots of cuddles she takes it
without much fuss. Probably takes about five minutes to give her the
five cc's, because of all the cuddle time. I don't try to give it
until she starts purring. Once she purrs I open her mouth and squirt
in some medication. She tries to escape, but some cuddles she's back
to purring, another squirt, more cuddles, and repeat until the syringe
is empty. She's actually pretty easy to medicate.

Purrs for Little Bit and glad to hear good news for the rest of your
clowder

Once again I conclude the Fabulous Furballs aren't real cats. The
frist time I had to pill them I remembered various other situations
involving cats and pills...poured myself a very stiff drink..then
another...considered heroin (it's a painkiller right? Might as well
cut my stress level and save time afterwards) then grabbed Dunzi and
flipped her over on her back, held her with one hand, had the pill in
the other hand, opened her jaw and dropped the pill in then held her
jaw shut until she swallowed then did the same to Sarsi- no problem-
as long as there was ham

I was so shocked I needed another stiff drink!
