Yes I have sucuumbed to one of these and last night it was brought out and...
Dunzi knew it was a brush and hid- she hates being brushed and the only time
our mild mannered hippy kitten will hiss and swear is when a brush is
anywhere near her
Sarsi loves being brushed although if you don't put the brush away she picks
the hair out of it and eats it! (Determined to hoik a furball or what!). She
likes brushing so much I am sure some of that hair in my hair brush isn't
mine! :-))) At first she wasn't sure what the Zoom Groom was and seemed a bit
cautious about it until I ran it over her back....You could almost see the
lightbulb going on over her head "it's a BRUSH!"
She loved it and I was amazed at how much dead hair it got out of her coat- I
know she's moulting a bit but there was a ton of the stuff!
Anyway seems to be a hit

it is a very good thing, seems to massage a bit or something, works very
well on trudi who winces in pain with other brushes from the imbedded
beebees, Lee

Dunzy might cave if you can get her to stay still for a short session. From
my cat's point of view, it is more of a comfort massage device than a brush.
Gives them a really nice back rub and gathers up loose fur as a side effect.

I tried that she just cowers down at the merest hint of a brush and gives me
the wide eyed "I'm doing my best to be cute so why are you torturing me with
that infernal device?" look
Don't know why, suspect Sarsi has threatened her while our backs were turned;
"Is MY brushie! You don't touch it or I beat you up!"

I tried again and just for a second she relaxed and seemed quite happy...then
she remembered it's a brush and retreated again!

Our zoom groom has one thumbs up and one thumbs down. Stinky is crazy about
it, Dante runs away from it. Oddly enough, Dante hardly ever gets
hairballs anyway, but I still wish he would let me brush him.
