I cooked myself a small turkey yesterday so I could eat it cold through the
week.  I made myself a particularly nummy sandwich this evening-- turkey
breast, swiss cheese, and slices of Granny Smith apple on a nice dark whole
wheat bread.  I put it down, and I shouldn't, but always forget that Stinky,
having lost a few steps at 16 1/2 years old, is still a few seconds faster
than lightning when it comes to poultry.  Seconds later, the Stink is
dragging away a big chunk of the inside of my sandwich, and bolting it down.

A few minutes later, he hurks it right back up.  Stink, if you;re going to
steal my dinner, would you please have the courtesy to keep it down? :P

All your poultry are belong to us - whether we can keep them down or not. :P

That's weird......my Louie is nicknamed Stinky, and he's a total
chicken and turkey slut too.

Reminds me of when we first adopted Lizzie from the local shelter, DH was
feeding her ham - and lots of it - from a sandwich (or sammich, as I calls
em), because she was soooo loving it.

A few hours later, she was napping on the bed, a few feet away from a huge
pile of hurked-up ham!

Poor girl :(

Now she shows no interest in any human food - must have upset her tummy
really bad!  And it's been almost 5 years since then!
