Oh, except that this kitty has a tail.

There are several other videos of this cat on that same page. I just
watched one of him playing with his mom's tail. This created a little
feedback loop: the more she flipped her tail, the more he went after
it. The more he went after it, the more she flipped that tail. Until
finally, CHOMP. And then she went after him. Very cute.

He does remind me of Vino, although he's more like a baby version of
Vino, than Vino as a baby.  His mom playing with him and chomping him
was also very cute.

OMG, he is very, very cute!  A bit paler than Vino and perhaps a bit
chubbier than Vino was at that age.  But so cuuuuuuute :-)

He does look like a toy. Like a living stuffed animal, in the same
way that pandas often look like stuffed animals to me. It's moving?
It's alive?? LOL.

> Whaddaya think of the Lionel Richie soundtrack?

Yeccch!! I turned the sound off. It wasn't even Lionel Richie, which
would have been bad enough - it was a muzak version of Lionel Richie,
which seems redunant to me... but let me tell you how I *really* feel. :)

PS Don't miss the other little clip of him-- the soundtrack consists of his
purrs.

Oh, I know - wasn't that adorable? Why don't they all have that
soundtrack? :)

BTW, when I was watching that one, Roxy was sitting next to the computer,
trying desperately to get warm in front of my fluorescent desk lamp (yes,
I know this is cat abuse). She did not appear to be one bit impressed by
all the purring.

Reminds me of a related story. Last night I was having a phone
conversation with a friend. I was using my phone headset, so my hands
could be free for important things, like cuddling with Roxy. The
headset has a little microphone that sticks out from the ear piece,
just a little way, and is able to pick up my voice from about 3" away.

At one point, Roxy draped herself over my shoulder, and her body
completely covered the headset, including the microphone. My friend
suddenly started going, "Hello? I can hardly hear you, it sounds like
you're underwater." I pulled my head away from Roxy a bit so my voice
would be picked up better, and asked, "Could you hear the purring?"
She responded, "That's all I *can* hear, is purring!"

What a purr!  I wish all my phone pest did while I'm on the phone is
purr.  I was talking with Charleen yesterday, and just as she was
saying bye, Buster knocked the phone out of my hand.  I hope Charleen
didn't think that I just hung up on her. :)  This is quite typical of
Buster's clingy and pestilent behavior. :)

I went to the website they have at the end of the video,
http://www.tigers-deluxe.de
It's a German site and the cats are British shorthairs.  A really well
done site with some absolutely adorable pics!
