Hello. Thank you for the purrs and best wishes. They worked as they usually do. My Dad passed away peacefully and without any pain or suffering - s we all hoped he would - at 6:08 am PST this morning. He is in a better place now. Take some time to grieve and cry, it's necessary. Crying especially. Cry until you can cry no more. It's hard to know you are now an orphan. Even when they themselves are parents and grandparents, etc. My brother said he just couldn't believe how empty the world felt without mom. Even when we are all in or past or sixties. I do take time to cry I do it several times a day. I never really of it as being an orphan more that they were just not here anymore. But it is true Ijust never thought of it that way. I have good days, and I have really bad days sometimes. I suppose that will change someday or might not change for sometime if ever. But all in all I am doing ok. Take care. Richard > Hello.
