The other day, I was holding Buster upside-down in the crook of my
arm, the way he insists on being held. He reached up and touched my
nose, so I said to him, "Yes, that's daddy's nose. Can you say NOSE?"
Then I caught myself and thought how ridiculous I was being. :)
He'll also often wash his face while I'm holding him. It's funny how
cats close their eyes while they're washing their faces, making them
look even more babyish, almost as though they haven't opened their
eyes yet. It would be hard to capture Buster doing this while I'm
holding him, but I got a video of him washing his face in his cat bed:

When I rub his neck and cheeks while I'm holding him, he'll sometimes
bliss out, and sometimes he'll grab my hand playfully and start biting
it, which makes me simultaneously laugh and say, "Ouch!" Then he
apologizes by licking the area that he bit. I admit that I probably
encourage this, because I find it so funny. :)

Boy are you going to feel funny if he responds with "Neeose?" (big grin).

Buster's favored range of vocalizations are trill variations -
warbling, yodeling, fretting, and trilling. But I suppose it's
possible!

He does look like a very happy and contented cat.
