are clean and show no evidence of recurrent disease. YEA!! It has been
almost a year since he was initially diagnosed with osteosarcoma.
Hopefully we'll have many more years of clear x-rays.

Thanks everyone for your support and the HaPPy DAnCe, Matthew.  I love
our surgeon. Sam has been going in for a year and has had 4 individual
x-ray appointments and I haven't had to pay for even one visit!
Everyone loves Sam and I imagine my vet is gaining valuable
information from this experience since there isn't a lot of
information about feline osteosarcoma on the ribs. Not to mention he
has x-rays from the time it was a tiny tumor that no one recognized as
a tumor and therefore is able to watch the progress of the tumor and
now lack of progression.  I don't care what reason they aren't
charging us. They're miracle workers as far as we're concerned.

Oh, that's wonderful news, Julie! Purrs on-going for it to stay that way.

I'm really thrilled to hear this, Julie.  May you be together for many years
to come.  Give the brave lad a scritch from me.

Happy dancing from my TED-inflicted lot too, we've seen enough of their
surgeries lately to last a hoomin - never mind a cat's - lifetime.

Yeahhh!  That is great news!

Sending happy purrs to you and Sam, and may, indeed, you have many more
years of clear x-rays!

High Five!

I thank you all for your support and Sam appreciates it as well. He's
curled up on my lap right now enjoying the easy life.  Yesterday I was
watching him, stretched out next to DH, deep asleep, when Lacey jumped
up beside him.  He didn't even move. I doubt he would have done that
in his past life. He probably never had a really good sleep in the
years he was an outdoor stray. His level of trust is amazing.

Lots of purrs and best wishes for x-rays to remain clear forever,
