Just called me a bit ago as I was coming home from my business trip. My
sister has taken her to the doctor. She is not feeling well and having
pain in her back and chest :(   I'm very worried.

Immediate prayers for your mom. Sometimes back/chest pain can be
things
like gall bladder, or even could be a high stomache ulcer or esophogal
abrasion.
Hope it is something very easily fixable and she is better soon. Keep
us
updated.

You got 'em, winging their way over the pond right now.
KFC purrs will have to do for now but they will be most effective as she has
a purr that would suit two Maine Coons.
It's dark here now 9.55 pm so no-one next door and Boyfie is out looking at
rats or he would surely send his tiny almost inaudible purrs too.

I'm quite sure his purrs are clearly audible to the mothership.

Purrs on the way.

Well, they really couldn't seem to find anytihng. They did some blood
tests and I think an ECG, but her blood pressure was coming down by
then. I wonder if it isn't the esophagus. She has scarring there and
quite a bit of trouble. Don't know why she had elevated bp but then
again, if she got scared, that could do it. Thank you all. I'm certain
that the purrs are helping. I hope it truly IS nothing.

I have taken my elderly mother to the emergency room a number of times.
It's very scary.

Purrs on the way. I hope she's OK.
