Okay, Persia is adorable but let's face it, she's fat (despite getting
strictly measured amounts of food per day and absolutely no treats or people
food). I had a strange dream that someone shaved off her fur and it turned
out she only weighed 6 lbs. When I woke up I had to check to make sure she
was still her loveable rotund self ;)

Maybe that was Persia transmitting her dreams to you? Trying to convince
you that she NEEDS more FOOD????
The other day, I looked at Mimi (who is rather rotund, her nickname is
Butterball), and she was on her side, stretched out (typically known as the
bed hog position), and she looked THIN! I was praising her for "losing" the
weight, when all of a sudden, she rolled over into the "meatloaf"
position.... and...BAM, there was all the pudge!

I've had such realistic dreams too.
One was that my boss had given me some yellow files the work in which had
to be done immediately. When I got into work I looked for the files but
couldn't find them. I was so concerned in case it wasn't a dream that I
had to go to my boss and ask her if she had given me the files with the
instruction of course having to explain why I was asking. This was ten
years ago and she still remembers. Oh, by the way she hadn't.

Last year I had Tiger shaved because he was badly matted. I was
surprised to find that he was not fat at all. His long hair just made
him look fat even though he weighed 24 pounds.
