Could our kitties spare some purrs for six trapped coal miners in
Hurricane, Utah?    Whether they are still alive or not, they could use
the purrs  and so could their worried families.  MLB

I named the wrong city -- it is Huntington, Utah

Purrs coming from WA state.  I heard this morning that it will be
another week before they even try to get them out due to "tectonic
activity".

Yes, and they still don't even know if they are alive.  It must be terrible
for their families - and, of course, for the miners, if they are alive.
They do hope to have a hole through for communication and to give them food
and water, possibly by tomorrow.

Extensive searches with a camera has revealed nothing.  The hunt goes on
and it doesn't look good.  If they are still alive, we hope kitty purrs
comfort them.  Utah had had bad luck also with fires.  They are just now
finding the wildlife that lost their lives in the recent fires. It is all
so sad.   Thanks for your purrs -- may they bring comfort to those in need
of comfort.   MLB

Big fat purrs from five who purr well; especially Brandy, who has a great
talent for bringing comfort and peace with that deep rumble of hers.

Blessed be,
Baha
