Purr request

Hello. I have been lurking here lately. I was here a while back, and left
for personal reasons.  I am owned by two great cats - Andy a 7 year old
long haired grey tabby, and Mary a black short haired cat of
indeterminate age.

I only wish I was coming back under better circumstances hence the purr
request. I went over to check on my Mom today as my brother was out of
town in Mexico over the weekend. I could not reach her by phone so I was
a bit worried. Well I found her after she has passed to the other side
some time on Saturday morning in her sleep. At least she went peacefully.
She had a good long life - 72 years of it. Purrs are requested for my
family it's going to be a tough time of it over the next week or so. I
most of the day today dealing with the fire dept/paramedics, medical
examiner, and the police then sorting through her financial papers/bills
etc. As well as deciding what to do over the next few days with my
brothers and the CAST worker provide by the city.

Bless you all, and I hope everything is going well.

In tears again,
Richard

Thank you Pam. They are much appreciated. It is hard to deal with the
unexpected as you said. But we are all doing the best we can.

I apologise if I am bringing the group on a real downer.

Thank you again and take care.

The same thing happened last Friday to my son's mother-in-law.
IMHO passing away in her sleep was an extra gift.  His MIL was 86 years
old and was a talented watercolor artist  and teacher.  Purrs from our
family to your family.  Peace be with you.  MLB
