May we have some purrs for rain in central Utah where 283,000 acres are on
fire?  Also for the wild animals that live in that area?   Homes  and
building have also burned.  Please send purrs for those who fight the
fires too.   All purrs will be sincerely appreciated.  MLB

Too bad we can't reallocate the overabundance so the
flooding areas get less, and the drought-striken ones get
more!  Not only the American West and Southwest, but the
upper Midwest farming country (Minnesota, Wisconsin, etc.)
could use some.  The "cornbelt" had very little snow last
winter, but thanks to the warm spring and early summer, corn
which should be "knee high by the 4th of July" was closer to
eyebrow high, only now the leaves are curling for lack of
moisture!

Make me wish Star Trek and these other Sci fi shows technology was real  but
one can only pray Mother Nature is as kind as the goddess Bast

We have some spare rain you're free to have. Some sun would be nice for
a change over here.

I meant to ask where Best Friends Sanctuary is, in relation
to that horrific fire-zone?

Further south, almost to Arizona.

I know how you feel, and purrs are on the way.  We don't have noticeable
smoke here now, but there was smoke in the light early this morning.

Oh my goodness!!
I can't even begin to wonder how terrible that must be?
I shy from the very thought of those poor wild animals that don't
stand a chance against such a huge fire. This is something that we are
fortunate enough never to have suffered before, hence shock @ the very
thought of it....

Lots of purrs & prayers for Rain, peace and healing ASAP.
Strange really when you consider that this is the wettest summer on
record since 1889 in the UK. life seems so unfair @ times, doesn't it?

It is 9PM and 95 degrees with humidity at 12 percent - no wind.  The fires
are still burning in central Utah.  According to the news it probably will
be 10 days before they can conquer them.  Could we still have some purrs
for rain and for the poor animals that are affected by this tragedy?

Lots and lots of purrs,
