I was trying to video her reaction to fireworks. Apparently she could
sure see those. But when I got the camera out, she came to me. So I
wanted a BG test anyway. Here is how she comes and gets her test (it
doesn't usually take this long of course!)

I can't believe she is such a good girl about her testing! NONE of my
cats would
cooperate like that. I know they wouldn't. She's such a pretty girl,
too.

Nah, I didn't think she would either. I was totally wrong. I even tested
SUgar once. It is really easier than you think and most cats can be adapted
quickly. I can't tell you how many people have said "My cat won't let me do
that" and with a little conditioning, voila! an easily testable, even eager
cat. Very few are truly uncooperative. You just have to approach it as an
"Oh Boy!" thing.

Pearl is such a good girl, but also you are very good at testing her.
