If you have a Yahoo account, did you know that you can set up a web page,
with lots and lots of fun features, in about 5 minutes with their new "Yahoo
Page Builder"??? I just found it and it's a hoot! Here's one that I did
for Tayla in just about 4 minutes: http://www.geocities.com/catnipped1/
If you log into your Yahoo account and then click on "My Account", on the
right-hand side of the page you'll see a link that says "Yahoo! GeoCities:
Edit your homepage", then click "Create a web site", then click "Yahoo Page
Builder".
Sorry, this sounds like SPAM, but I have no association with Yahoo, I just
found this and thought it was neat - especially for those of you here who
want to share pictures and links but don't know HTML (heck, I was a web
architect and I still think this is neat!)

Yes, I found out about that too. But haven't created my web page yet.

But then, in a few years, will they suddenly decide to take down
everyone's pages??

Well, they would be taken down - but I don't see that happening... I had a
GeoCities site years and years ago. When Yahoo bought out GeoCities, they
just brought all the pages over. They *WANT* people to use their free pages
because that's just more advertising space for them (I used to pay $5 a
month to GeoCities to have an ad-free site, but I don't know what it would
be today).
But anyway, even if they did you'd be out what? And you'd have had x many
years to play around with a kewl site!

Yes, I knew. In fact I used it once. Unfortunately for Firefox users, the
resulting pages get scrambled with overlapping text if you try to increase
the font size (which I always have to do). There's a simple fix for this
problem, which is to open your pages with the html editor and make whatever
corrections in the code are indicated by checking them with
