Howdy all,

Today is Nina's Third Purrday! The kitten my vet "Wasn't sure would
make it" has grown into a healthy, happy cat girl who rules this
apartment, including me and her mother. =o)  She's gone off to
sunbathe  in the window with her mama, but earlier she was playing
with her birthday present-- a new plastic drinking straw very
happily.  She got extra love and scritchings earlier and gave me a
little purr concert.  On the whole, I'd say she's at peace with
growing older!  I'll let her say a few words in her own behalf.

Nina Speaking,
Ize Three today!  At least that's what Meowmie sez. I must say, I
duzn't feel much different from being too, but it must be important,
cuz I got a prezent. Yes, Meowmie bought me a new Mr. Straw to play
with!  I'm not sure I likes it, because it is not the rite color and
it izn't as badly behaved as my OTHER Mr. Straw. But maybe it will be
ruder later, and need sum disciplin.
