When I watched this, it would change photos about once every second
(instead of however-many-per-second), and then jump to the image it would
have shown if I'd seen all the photos in between. I hope that makes sense.
It was like a video that was missing a lot of the images, and only showed
one occasionally, looking more like a slideshow than a video. Is that
what it looked like to everyone else?
I have DSL, btw.

I understand your description but no it looked like a video. Try pulling
the time bar back to the start after a few seconds and see if it starts
moving correctly.
