Picture overkill? But I can't stop

I think I'm addicted to posting pictures of my babies. Sorry, but I
can't help myself.

Anyway, Miranda was just laying in the grass, minding her own business,
when The Mad Washer attacked. She would like me to point out (especially
to Barnabus) that in the last three pictures, Caliban is pinning her
down but washing himself. And that is her defence position, not any
other position your dirty minds may construe it as. Twelve (yes, 12)
pictures starting here:

Sorry, ten pictures.

They're very sweet.  Some of the pictures do look a bit frisky,
including those last three. ;)

You're right. The URL I posted is the one Photobucket offers. I forgot
it doesn't allow you to just click on the next image.

Miranda wants to emphasize again that those pictures give a completely
wrong impression, and she wishes me to take them down before Barnabus
catches sight of them. I told her I won't.

Too cute! If it were Pearl and Sugar, Pearl would be eating Sugar.

Oh, I always love your pics.
They look so happy out in the sunshine like that. They really look
like they love each other! Really
sweet pics.
Thanks for posting!

Please don't apologise, they're lovely! I'd post more of my guys but the
digicam's in an ongoing total non-operational condition (it's broke).

Whatever really IS going on, and I reserve judgement on that, Mir is clearly
enjoying it - "a girl's just gotta have fun" :)

Claudius is a compulsive washer, too, he's got Bandit and Snowball beat, but
I'm not exactly overjoyed when he starts grooming my nose at 4am coz it's
light and so "out and about" time...

Caliban frequently washes (or should I say exfoliates) my forehead for
me. I must have the cleanest, reddest and rawest forehead in the world.
Fortunately, he doesn't do it in the early morning. That is reserved for
'knead Meowmie all over and purr like a motorboat.'

Have you ever heard the expression "keep your nose clean"?  He's
trying to make sure you do. ;)

Jeez, what a cuddlebug!

Dante got into a big compulsive "knead and purr" loop last night when
I was trying to fall asleep.  He still seems to have those needly
kitten-claws.

There can't be too many pictures of Miranda or Caliban.

They look so beautiful in the sun.   Caliban's nose looks especially
rosy. ;)   I think you and I have talked about this before, but that's
why I love cats and dogs so much, I think, because they can be
beautiful and COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS AT THE SAME TIME. ;)

Heh, yeah. It's true of other animals, too, though. Like the
disapproving rabbits. ;)

It's been so hot here the past week or so, and Caliban is not that fond
of the heat. His nose goes very red in the heat, poor baby.I tried
putting ice cubes in their water, but they were just confoozled.

Do you hear us complaining? =o) Caliban and Miranda are very
photogenic, and I'm now convinced Nina has a crush on Caliban.

I only got one picture, with no "next" button. It's a beauty, though!

Yes, sorry about that. I copied the URL that Photobucket offers you and
didn't remember that it doesn't show the 'Next' option. Here's a better
(though much longer) one:

Thanks! I'll have to wait until tomorrow to look, though - my monitor's
more or less dying, and the main symptom is that the screen gets very
dark for stretches of time. Then it gets better for a while before doing
it again. Sooner or later I'll need to buy a new one. Meanwhile, i can
see to read Usenet, but photos don't show up so well, and the screen
certainly doesn't do them justice!

I rushed right over with the intention of bopping Caliban on the head
for terrorizing my beautiful MirMir. But then he explained that he was
only being a pesky brother and since I understand being a pesky
brother (just ask Lacey), I decided not to bop him.  Instead we sent
him to spend the night with you, Auntie Marina, with the windy thingy
blowing over his fur and Miranda and I found our own place to heat
up.....err I mean cool of in.

Aha, so that's where she disappeared to. And why she is in such a good
mood...

Great shots as usual - please keep posting!

When I was looking at them "beauty and the beast" ran through my mind ...
but I think its more like beauty and the cutie!

In one of the pics I thought, typical man!  There he was grooming her but
looking around at the same time ;-)
