I usually have to tell Dulce Mae to "be nice", because she uses
several opportunities to slap Bucky. Showing her dominance, and Bucky
falls for it.
I tell her to be nice over and over. Several times a day.
Well last night, Bucky was clawing the tattered old couch. Dulce Mae
was on the end table near the couch. I told Bucky, "Don't shred my
couch!" (like that's going to have an effect - grin). He keeps on
clawing.
Dulce Mae cusses at him, then bops him on the head three times. I look
at her and say, "Good girl," when Bucky stops clawing to run away.
Do you think I might be sending mixed messages to Dulce Mae (big
grin)?
Hugs and Purrs,
Mark
