Haven't been around for a while as I've been pretty sick with flu for
the last couple of weeks, so many purrs to those who need them.

The Miles felines are in fine fettle, apart from a minor incident
yesterday....

I was cooking some mince as I was making lasagne. As a treat. I called
all the cats to give them a little bit of the raw mince. I
occasionally give them raw stuff just as a treat and a change.
Pandora, who *LOVES* anything meaty and raw (because that's what
*proper cats* eat acording to her) scarfed hers down double quick.
HRFL Tiger also ate his pretty quickly because he likes raw bits too.
Robbie sucked on it for a while, then eventually ate it.

Cleo and Miss Lily Whiskers, OTOH..... Cleo looked at the mince,
looked at me, looked at the mince again, sniffed it, and then meowed
in disgust. Loudly. Miss Lily Whiskers tried it, spat it out and
meowed loudly in protest. "IT WAS RAW MOM!!"

I gave their mince to Pandora (who scarfed it down) and then gave both
cats a little bit of cooked mince - which they ate with relish along
with a running commentary about how appalled they were that I'd
forgotten to cook the first lot. That'll teach me to think I can feed
them raw food! ;)

Both the raw and the cooked camp are awfully cute and precious.  As
long as none of them bring you a mouse and ask you to cook it.

I hope you're recovering from your flu.

LOL, I've never tried offering Princess Spicey Raw meat.  I wonder how
she'd react?

PS Welcome back.

KFC will scarf down raw mince.   Boyfie sez that stuff is definitely
poisonous.

Yup.  Herbie (RB) went wild when I was cooking it.  He'd eat all I'd give
him, raw.  Lindy and Nanki-Poo won't touch the stuff unless it's cooked.

I'm sorry to hear about the flu, Helen.
I really liked reading the update.
Best wishes,
