For example, I remember exactly where I was when JFK was shot and the tragedy played out on television. I recall watching 'Romper Room' and always wanted a Magic Mirror! (heh, who knew later it would be the basis of my most spiritual self?). The Andy Griffith show; I Love Lucy (granted, I saw that in reruns). I went a number of years without television; the programming wasn't so great in Bangkok in 1969 LOL It's a good thing I love to read. But upon returning to the U.S. I remember first seeing the television show 'M*A*S*H' and thinking what a radical concept it was. Ditto 'All in the Family' and 'Sanford & Son'.
