I'm sure a lot of us and our friends realize it's National Shelter
Appreciation Week-- this is probably one of the last groups that needs
to be reminded of shelters, their importance, and their unfortunate,
all-to-common vulnerability. So many of our lives have been enriched
by lovable shelter kitties, and those other things, those d-beasts. ;)
While you're thinking of ways to show your appreciation to your local
shelter- and of course, your catsnd*gs-- here are some "Shelter
Stories" to play your heartstrings, from "Mutts." ;)
