We had ridiculous calls but managed to win in 12. When they all of a
sudden come up with four runs in the 12th, I always wonder, "Well
where the !@#! were you in the first nine?" But David Wright finally
got a couple of RBIs, poor kid. Willie Randolph got thrown out of the
game. *Love* Willie!! I had forgotten what a thrill it can be to get
your manager thrown out of the game! More often then not, it just
fires up the troops. ;)

we love baseball in my family and DH tolerates it reasonably well so my
sister and I had about a zillion email exchange yesterday. The area I live
in is perfect for base ball. I get local broadcasts of cardinals, cubs and
white sox... at one point we were switching between the radio announcers for
cards cubs to see how they were presenting it, Le
