Do you use a hairball medication like Petromalt, Femalt or Lactose? It
would help them so much in passing the hair. It must feel awful to cough
up those large hairballs. Iams hairball kibble has helped us so much.

They get hairball kibble and an occasional dose of hairball paste. I usually
only give the paste if I see them hacking and it doesn't result in a
hairball coming up.
