I still haven't gotten the card in the mail from Persia's vet about her annual checkup and shots. Perhaps I should call them. It's like taxes, normally happens every April. KFC seems really well atm but I am scared to death if she has to go to TED again. For anything. In case they say "Well, she's very old, you know - and maybe.." Number one: Yes, it's always been a wrench to take him to TED, because he hates it so, and as you know, he's a cat who is not bothered by many things. So it's extra hard for me to see my mellow, good-humored boy getting so scared and miserable. Secondly- Yes, since he's getting up there, so I am even more reluctant to do something that he finds so stressful. It is a real conflict for me, since I want to keep very close tabs on his health. Thirdly- Yes, it's getting to the point where I dread it because I fear what I may hear. But I have to tell myself that it's so I can continue to do what's best for my boy. And it turns out he's fine for now.
