..saith the kitten.

Just a little while ago, I was lying here reading. Little Feet and Dulce
Mae were lying near my shoulder.

Little Feet and Dulce Mae are also the two cats who torment Bucky when
he's in - Little Boy plays with him, and Buster is Unka Buster.

Bucky is on the dresser by the bed. He is watching Little Feet and Dulce
Mae, both of whom are glaring at Bucky.

Oh, did I forget to mention that I HAD a large 32-ounce plastuc cup full
of ice water on the edge of the dresser? Bucky looked at the cup. He looked
at the cats. I swear he looked at me with a "sorry, old chap" look.

Bucky put one paw on the top of that cup and pushed reallyreallyreally
cold water all over Dulce Mae and Little Feet. He drenched me, my pilloq,
the book I was reading and a bowl of pretzels.

Bucky is also responsible for the two sets of traction marks across my
back, where Little Feet and Dulce Mae ran to escape the water.

I've mostly mopped up the water to the point that I can sleep, Senyah is
rubbing antiseptic over my back, and Bucky is lying on Senyah's pillow,
purring away.

Darn juvenile delinquent!

Hugs and Purrs,

Well, revenge IS supposed to be a dish best served cold. I bet the
cold water bothered them more than it bothered you. Which, I am sure,
was his point.

Indeed it is!  You just can't get any better revenge than cold water in the
face.  Or cold soup.  Gaspacho, perhaps? LOL

So Bucky's been channeling Mistletoe?  That used to be one of her
favorite tricks.  She would reach up to "take a dwink of Pop's wadda"
and the glass would tip.  Usually all over me.  And the noise would
scare her off for a bit (my yelling, not the water sloshing).  Thank
Bast she hasn't done that in quite some time. (Don't read this, Missy!)

But ya gotta love 'em anyway.
