Our furry mistresses did us a favour last night.

I've had a couple of worries about Dave's mum and dad (Long story- it's
mentioned on the BIG thread for anyone interested) and also I have been
meaning to ask the friend who is setting the network up when he's gonna come
over and do it.

Yesterday our voice phone is dead, internet not but no phone calls in or out.
Logical explanation- the phone socket is behind the sofa, the Fabulous
Furballs can often be heard behind the sofa, one of the little "darlings" has
pulled something out

But at the moment our sofa is on raisers so Dave can get on and off it from
the chair so I can't just drag it out to check so we have no phone until we
can sort something out

So we phone Dave's mum to let her know and give her his mobile number. We get
her just right and she tells us its all sorted, she did let Social Services
know and things are being monitored. Also we get Dave's brothers phone number
from her

Then we call the friend who is doing the network to let him know that he
can't call us to say when he's coming round. Turns out to be very fortuitous
(Excuse sp) as he was about to call to say he'd be over tomorrow and if he
couldn't get an answer then obviously he wouldn't have come!

2 problems solved because the Furrry One's have taken it upon themselves to
break the phone!

They're telling me they did it on purpose to solve said problems- HONEST!

Tell them I for one will pretend to believe their story only if they just
unplugged it.  If they chewed through the cord they have been listening to
stories from Molly.
