Adorable!  And undoubtedly accompanied by unseen pink toesies!  You are
truly a sucker for those, Theresa!

I look at Persia's tiny black nose every day when she snuggles with me on
the couch.  I just have to wonder, how can you breathe out of such a teeny
tiny nose?!  Doesn't matter what shade it is, it's teeny!

Oh, I like the black noses, too.  Dante has one-- not so tiny, but
very cute.  It sometimes fades into the black background of his face,
but it's really neat-looking.  I like the brick-colored noses some
tabbies have, too. ;)

PS, Dante's black nose is looking especially cute right now.  He's
been trying to steal coffee yogurt (he's crazy about it), and he has a
little dab of yogurt on his nose. ;)

When Roxy was a kitten (about 3 months old), she had a bad respiratory
infection, and I was giving her some medications, one of which was nose
drops. If you think Persia has tiny nostrils, imagine the size of the
nostrils on a 3-month-old kitten. :) At one point during her illness, I
had to go out of town. (Poor Roxy, I'm always going out of town when she's
sick!) I hired a friend to do pet sitting (she did it professionally),
and when she came over, I was demonstrating for her the application of
the nose drops.

The problem was, this friend was somewhat visually impaired. She wasn't
blind, but had trouble seeing in low light. I wasn't so sure she would be
able to *see* Roxy's tiny nostrils, much less get the drops in them! All
turned out fine in the end, though, so she must have done OK.

Awww! What I love is when they crinkle up the bridge of their nose like
that. Eeek! Caliban does it too when he's grooming himself. I think
Miranda's nose is too thin to crinkle. ;)

Caliban is just ridiculously cuddly-looking.  He almost looks like a
toy. ;)
Miranda's nose must be teeeeeny. ;)  Russian blues seem to have rather
narrow nose-bridges.

I know. I see him every day, and I feel the same way. He doesn't just
look cuddly, he *is* very very cuddly.

Everything that is short and broad on Caliban, is long and thin on
Miranda, including the bridge of her nose.

They are sort of like Laurel and Hardy. ;)
