I tried to take a picture of Caliban in one of his frequent sleeping spots, hanging over my shoulder, but my arm is too short, so the proportions look very weird. Also, he's a ham, so he had to turn and look into the camera when I shot the pics, but you can just make out his front paws hanging over my shoulder. That's how he often sleeps, with his head hanging over to my back as well. If so, you might be able to get the pics you want if you mount the camera on a tripod and have it aimed at your chair. Also, consider using a remote control if one is available.
