Ha! 71 degrees and I have the windows open. I'm loving it!
And Persia, watch your tail, dammit! She likes to get right next to my
rolling computer desk chair and stick her tail out. I always have to watch
to make sure I'm not going to run over that pretty striped tail.

"Beware the Ides of March" Indeed! Didn't bode well for Julius Caesar, at
least not according to Shakespeare, did it? Well, we shall see! There's
always a good chance of a last minute winter snow-storm (or in my case in
west Tennessee, an ice storm). But I'm hoping things will turn out well.
Spring, do your thing!

Just yesterday Ryan was asking us what "in like a lamb, out like a lion" was
all about. Hope it isn't the case this year. Though we could use the rain.
I was just out feeding and watering the roses. Supposed to be clear and the
high seventies the next few days. Hope so as we are having concrete poured.

It was here, too Jill. Boots & I planted a row of lettuce & cabbage.
It's an excercise in futility, and I know it, because of the
cottontail bunnies. But it's good exercise and she loved it. All the
cats went out for the afternoon too. I thought I'd have a hard time
getting them to come back in, but they were ready before I was.

What could be bad about feeding some bunnies? ;)

Remember the story I told about my father and the bunny? I was a teen and
there was a teeny tiny bunny living in a hole in the bricks on our front
patio. And he thought it was a cat. And he growled (yeah, Dad growled)
"What are you looking at? That better not be a cat!" Shhhh! Come here.
Look. And Dad melted. "Ohhh, it's a baby bunny! Do we have any lettuce?"
LOL
