Mark, you have caused earworm problems

Mark sent Rob a special gift.  We took it upstairs, removed the rubber
chicken key ring from the decorative wrapping, and Rob opened the
package.  Imagine everyone's faces when a rooster that bobbles all
over to the "Chicken Dance" music was pulled out of the wrapper.  Rob
loves it.  Now I keep hearing that bouncy little ditty punctuated by
chicken squaks.  Worse, the re-hab staff has been heard humming it as
they walk down the corridors.  Mark, the kids have taken a vote, and
have decided that you must die for infecting them with the "Chicken
Dance" virus.  I'm still giggling.  Rob plays it for whoever comes in.

I probably shouldn't mention that if you pick it up by the neck that it
squawks like... well, a chicken being picked by the neck.

Glad I could contribute to the delinquency of an entire hospital ward
(evil grin). A marketing guy at my new job brought one of these to the
office, and I knew what I had to do (grin).

Hugs and Purrs,

Bet it came from Archie McPhee?  I have a real weakness for that silly
stuff.  Do you think Rob needs a ninja hamster that sings "Kung Fu
Fighting"? ;)

YES! ! ! ! ! !

Mark you really owe someone for the evil you have started.  For Sci-Fi/
Fantasy fans, I found a book called "If I were an Evil Overlord" a
collection of short stories edited by Martin Greenberg and Russell
Davis.  Most of the stories are funny take offs on the rules for Evil
Overlord lists, though there are one or two serious ones in there.  It
is helping me keep my mind, or as much of a mind as I can keep.

Pam S. who can tell a whole new series of stories about relative
meddling now

Pam there is a package on its way to you.  I can't really call it a
care package-- it's more of a Willful Stupidity package-- but I hope
you and Rob get a few chuckles out of it. ;)

When you get up in the morning, do your daily affirmations looking in the
mirror while brushing your teeth.

Something along the lines of.  "I am Rob's wife.  His wishes come first now.
Immediately followed by mine.  I have his best interests at heart.  And I
really mean "at heart".  I love him and he loves me.

No one else is entitled to interfere in the choices we are making (with a
great deal of care and difficulty) for ourselves.

I am fully capable of second guessing myself and do not need and will not
allow anyone else to do that for me.

PS.  You don't have to be all that nice to meddling relatives.

I aims to please. ;)   A friend of mine got me yesterday by reminding
me of that George Harrison song, "Set on You."  All I could think of
afterwards was that video with the warthog on the wall singing "Set on
you . . .  I've got my mind set on you." ;)
