Hi all.  I lurk mostly but some here know me.

I would like to tell you a tale of Jealithe and King Arthur.

Jealithe is an older black kit with one small white spot on her
stomach.  I tried for over a year and more to bring her in as she gimped
around the backyard. Finally she chose inside luxury over the life of
care-free freedom.  She was, I think, a throw-away but has been with me
for over 4 years now.

TED says she's known Arthur for a long time.  De King chides her stride
and holds back her gallops/gallumpfs around the house.  He hinders her
when the Black Knights (Raven or Topper) try to keep her from her
computer throne.  She is turning more away from battles.

But she still has Excalibur.  She has the most expressive left paw/leg
I've ever seen.  Her paw becomes a demand for attention, a director for
where to skritch, a stomp if the litter box is not clean, a loving tap
when going to sleep.

She's been slowing now but her imperious paw has not.  She demands and
gets most whatever she wants.

She had a small TIA today and scared the bejeebers out of me.

Purr for her, please?!

P.S.  King Arthur is "Arthritis" and Mordred is the stroke but she will
always be My Lady Jea

His Royal Feline Lordship Tiger Tiberius Maximus and his knights of the
square litterbox, Princess Pandora of Wauntreoda, Miss Lily Whiskers,
The Rt Hon Sir Robertson Curly-whiskers (Robbie to his friends) and Cleo
of Bluebell send their most prized and effective purrs, meatloaf
meditations and nose rubs that your Princess is on the mend soon.

Purrs for Jealithe, for the rest of the clowder, and for her worried
meowmie.
