Nope, no sign of Chibi yet.  The big boycat, who looks as if he is a
stray someone is feeding (he is gorgeous and doesn't look
intimidating, but apparently to cats he is) appears to have
intimidated Romeo to the point of his not being willing to eat if
there's any sign of the other cat.  This morning Romeo ate his first
breakfast for a couple of days, keeping an eye out all the time.  The
other days I put the food out, but Romeo would just sit on the wall
and look nervous.
