Harrie is not eating or eating gingerly. TED says his mouth is acting up again. He has had allot of problems with mouth infections. Purrs for both of them. Oh dear. Mouth purrs for Harrie. Purrs > > for > > both of them. Steroids, same as Beastie was on for a long time. In Harry's case it's an appetite stimulent, not infection. Next week he'll go in (again) for teethwork, hopefully just cleaning. WHen I first adopted him, the PA vet gave him a cortisone shot which apparently killed the pain enough for him to eat again (teeth were pulled a few eeks later). Norm > That's great! My TED had me try 3 different antibiotics before we got my Punker's mouth infections under control. In the end the teeth were removed and that was a good thing. She could finally eat without pain.
