Please could we have some emergency purrs for my sis's kitty, Jinxey.... Martha rushed her to the emergency vet last night, in obvious pain and throwing up lots of bile. Her heart rate was very high, x-rays negative, blood work generally good except for an elevated white cell count. An endoscopy (sp?) this morning showed nothing in her throat or stomach. The vet didn't have a small enough scope to go lower. She is being transported to a specialist ASAP, probably first thing tomorrow morning. In the meantime, she is being hydrated, medicated for pain and nasuea, given antibioitcs and is staying at the vets. Marty, and me too, are just sick with worry. Marty said she couldn't believe how empty the apartment was. It's so hard to leave them...So if y'all can spare a purr or two for The Jinx-ers and my sis, thanks.... --A very worried Auntie Kim >Marty said she couldn't believe how empty the apartment was.
