I hope this is a spoof, because if its not, its the most hateful disgusting
thing I've seen in a long long time.

If it's not a spoof, and I SUSPECT it isn't, then yes, I agree with you
100%. Even if it is a spoof, then it's sick and not funny.

It is the view of a religious nutjob (lets face it, Jehovahs witnesses
do have some very odd ideas) who quite frankly needs to get out more. It
also makes me very glad that I subscribe to pagan beliefs and live with
5 familiars..... or is that *Gods*. ;o)

I think this person probably does believe cats are evil, related to devil
worship and so on.  So many religious fanatics think similar things, it's
why people have to keep their black cats inside on All Hallow's Eve.  Sad,
really.

The other funny thing about religious freaks is they are so often
hypocritical.  Where I live the die-hard Baptists aren't supposed to drink
or dance.  But go into any bar with a dance band and you'll be knee deep in
drunk dancing Baptists.  My brother briefly dated a Jehovah's Witness.  They
aren't supposed to celebrate holidays like Christmas.  But boy did she get
upset when he took her preaching seriously and didn't buy her a Christmas
present!  LOL

Makes one find Islam sympathetic - There's a legend that
Mohammed, discovering a cat had fallen asleep on a sleeve
that was resting on the ground, cut off the sleeve of his
robe, rather than disturb the cat!

The full time music director (himself an Episcopalian) at a
Baptist church where I was hired as a soloist used to tell
the tale of the first time he was invited to dinner by one
of the church's board members (shortly after they hired
him).  Knowing the official Baptist stand on alcoholic
beverages, he was a bit shocked to be asked, as soon as he
walked in the door, "What'll you have to drink - Scotch,
Bourbon or a Martini?")  This WAS in Los Angeles, of course,
but they WERE Baptists - of some standing in the church!

Bible thumping, pinhead moron. Get a life, you idiot.

"But, the most modern scientific evidence also supports the Biblical
view. Contrary to popular beliefs among worldly people, cats are
unhygienic animals."

Yeah, right....

I try to ignore the sick ravings of religious
fundamentalists - ESPECIALLY  allegedly Christian ones.
However, you can't rule anything out.  I read somewhere that
a state legislature (is it in Washington?) is trying to
legislate marriage - not only limiting it to one man and one
woman, but calling for automatic annulment if the marriage
does not produce a child within three years!  (Never mind
all the other arguments against such a draconic requirement,
some people who desperately WANT children aren't able to
produce them on demand!)  I don't think it would be
constitutional, and doubt whether something like that could
pass, but given how our national government is abridging our
Bill of Rights, who knows?

I haven't checked Snopes on this one, but if not a hoax, I
suspect it's an attempt by the saner politicians to make
people THINK before they vote!  (Unfortunately, given the
dubious intelligence of an unfortunate number of "religious"
Americans, it just may backfire!)

I don't know why you even take notice of this sort of cr*p.  Delete it and
forget you ever saw it.
