Yeah, tell me about it! This girl at work decided to take an impromptu
holiday to Townsville for 2 weeks to visit her boyfriend. I don't think
the flooding had happened yet when she left, but by the time she got
there, it wasn't so good! Her boyfriend is in the army, I bet he will
be busy helping in relief efforts as well, so I doubt they will see each
other that much. What a bummer for her. But purrs for all affected by
the flooding.

Thats very disappointing for them. It's a nuisance as while cyclone 1 is
heading out to sea, cyclone 2 is pushing overland from behind us, to dump
lots more rain on poor old Innisfail and Tully. Most of the people there
haven't yet had everything repaired from last year. The rain is now rotting
the exposed portions of houses, so houses that should have been saved are
now going to have to be demolished. Very sad.
