How DARE she?!!!

She's been staring at books and the computer a lot these past few
days.  She's been totally ignoring me and the others.  I kept trying
to tell her that I was the most important thing but she still ignored
ME!!

ME, the queen of everything!!  I would sprawl out on top of her books
and notes.  I would stand in front of the computer, even ON the
computer and she STILL ignored me.  She would even pick me up and put
be BACK on the floor.

Well today she totally flipped.  After trying again to get her to pay
attention to me, she picked me up, put me out in the hallway and SHUT
THE DOOR!!!

She's shut ALL OF US OUT!!!  HOW COULD SHE??!!!

Who will thoroughin inspect her notes for greeblings??  Who will sit
on her books?

How could she do this to us???

Mischief

Hoomin note:  Four days left to study and I can't afford
distractions.  Andi t's very hard to study with a cat in the way.
I"ll make it up to them later, I'll give them gooshy food for dinner,
but for the meantime they need to be OUT of my office so i can
concentrate.

You are so *heartless*. Which is more important - making a living or
loving the cats (big, evil grin)?

I know our hoomin sumtimes getz grumpy when I sit on her mousepad.
(that little thing with lights and wheels is a sorry imitation of a
mouse, I'm sorry. It dozn't even have FUR!) Hoomins can be very
strange!  If I were yoo, I'd punish her, Mischief. Refuse to sit in
her lap or sleep with her at night! She needs to be a better slave!

Nina and Francesca.

(Sometimes, it's all you can do with an insistent cat! Good luck on
your exams! I'm sure you'll  pass just fine. Oops, now I'm getting the
"bad slave glare."

I saw it coming and I BEGGED Meowmie not to do it.  I rubbed against
her, I sprawled out on top of her notes with the most pitiful kitty
look I could.  I meowed and cried in an attempt to tell the hoomin
that she NEEDED me to help her study.

Mayhem started crying mournfully and I was purring and PURRING but she
STILL picked me up so very rudely, took me out of the room and SHUT
THE DOOR!!!!

HOW LONG MUST THIS GO ON????

Mischief

Hoomin note:  Today is crunch time.  I've shut myself in my office
with snacks, all my books, blankets, drinks, and plan to spend the
whole day here studying. I'll have to turn up the music so i don't
hear Mischief's crying or her attempts to paw at the door.

Need all the purrs I can get, we are down to the wire.  3 1/2 years of
school comes down tomorrow morning at 8:30 am.  I'm going through what
every student goes through, a period of self doubt as I try to review
eery bit of information and wonder, Will it be enough?

I'm sure i'll do ok, but in the meantime, I need  to focus, and that
means being a bad slave and evicting the cats from my office.

Take care,

Kristi

Remember to breathe, and realize that you probably know everything you need
to know by now anyway.

Kristi sweety, you are going to do FINE! You are a competant vet tech
and I'm SURE you have learned everything that you need to know to pass
the exam. If you don't know it by now it's really not going to help
you to fret over it. Don't overstudy and don't panic! Open the study
door, let the cats in, and spend a few hours cuddling with them and
letting them remind you of what a good, clever, person you are...
Joy - 31 Jan 2007 19:42 GMT
Purrs and good thoughts.  You can make it up to them with extra cuddling
once the test is over.

Kristi, they just want to purr for you!  As a group, I'm certain  we will
purr for you too.  With their purrs added, you should "ace" it.  Best
wishes.   MLB
