Kitty loves "mashed up dinner" i.e. mashed potatoes, meat fat, carrots,
peas etc all squashed up with a fork with some gravy on top. When she was
feral - before I realised - this was the sort of meal that my neighbour used
to put out for her, leftovers. I found that out later.
One of her very fave veggies is brussels sprouts.
Number one on her preferred menu is, of course, collared dove.
Number two, mashed up dinner
Number three, smaller birds and mowsies
Number six, cat food.
Poor Kitty, it's weeks since Boyfie caught something to eat for her and
there are no leftovers here as I only cook the things I want to eat - and I
eat them!
So unfortunately she is on choice 6. Senior cat food interspersed with
kidney diet..

Abelard would prefer "mashed up dinner" also. Especially if it has shrimp in
it. He also adores brussels sprouts. I've even caught him eating them frozen
when I had them sitting out and left the kitchen for a minute.

There is no chance that Kitty's mashed up dinner will contain shrimps. If
there are any shrimps to be had I will be eating them myself.
