Cat-stacking, the game... (kind of cute, and harder than it looks!)

I think someone had way too much time on their hands

Not sure about this web site but my father laughed like mad at the bunny
with pancakes stacked on its head.  Takes a lot to make Dad laugh :)

I don't understand. I stacked all the cats, one on top of the other,
and as soon as I'd gotten a column of cats going from the bottom of
the screen to the top, it was GAME OVER - with 0 points. Which would
imply that I had lost.

So, what exactly is the point of this game?

You have to stack them by color.  When you get 4 of the same color
touching each other they disappear and you score points.

Aaaahhh... OK. Do they have to be touching in a vertical line, or can
they be horizontal, or diagonal?

Oh boy, it's like Bubbels, but with cats!! :)

It's like Bubbels, addicting.  It doesn't matter whether vertical,
horizontal, or diagonal, as long as they are actually touching.

Any of the above... and I found that if you put the cats at a
different level to each other, the one that's 'floating' will fall
down to the bottom of the stack.
