Another frozen and wet night. Bucky spends the night. This time he
mostly slept close to Unca Buster, instead of terrorizing the bed mice
(which Senyah appreciated - big grin).

This morning, I was playing with Bucky, in the living room. Little bOy
came over to watch, and curled up by the door while we played.

Well, Bucky plays a little rough, as only a kitten can. He was
grabbing my fingers and chewing on them, rabbit-kicking my hand and
being a first-class f'rocious (but decidedly CUTE) little monster.

The whole time, I am pretending that he's hurting me, letting out
little gasps of "Ow, my finger!", "Ouch, that's my hand!" and "Ooooh,
you are so f'rocious!" Finally, Little Boy had had enough of this
little terrorist beating up on me (after all, it's Little Boy's job to
terrorize me - grin), and he sat up and slapped Bucky three or four
times.

The look on Bucky's face was priceless. He stopped biting on me,
looked up with a "What did I DO" look on his face, then ran away and
hid in the deep recesses of the cat tree. I calmed Little Boy down,
telling him we were only playing, and dug Bucky out from his hiding
place.

I petted and calmed Bucky, and told him that's what happens when you
try to shred someone else's toy (ME!). Bucky is sweet and forgiving,
and started purring away almost immediately. He is currently shredding
one of Senyah's stuffed birds (one with a chirping sound-box inside)
while the other cats watch in disgust.

Little Boy is cleaning his claws, just in case...

Hugs and Purrs,
Mark
