I hoped to find a free phone service that actually works, and I did. Made
the trial 5-minute call and it works perfectly. This is NOT VOIP. You can
only make free calls to other registered users, but registration is free.

Actually the jajah is service *IS* VOIP but it uses an ordinary phone with
calls routed over the internet.
