I followed a couple of links there, and ended up at the Mason, OH Festival
of lights, where the guy (Carson Williams) did his house in syched
music/lights is now doing it for the city!  They made a replica of his house
and have it in a park (there were too many traffic problems on his street),
and now charge $15 per carload and the music is broadcast over FM
frequencies (using the thingies like the ones you can buy for your iPod/MP3
player).

Here's a place that has most of the info, including another one from Mr.
Williams - same music, but the house is the replica of his (you can see
headlights moving in the background)
