OMG. Look at #22. (Is that Sammy?) Look at the expression she is making
with her mouth. That's just too funny.
They're actually vogue-ing in a couple of pictures. Some of them they
look mildly irritated (but isn't that the normal expression for a cat?)
The rest they look like they don't mind their flashy duds.

Oh, my - is that Bandit in the last few pictures? You might want to call
the FBI and inquire about witness protection programs. :)

Yep, I just hope Fil doesn't show those pictures to Nox - Bandit will have
lost face then and I'll never be heard from again! ;>

Jessie (our tomboy) was the only one really put out by it and she did the
most amazing thing (if I'd have captured it on video I would have won the
$100,000 grand prize on AFV). She jumped from the floor to the arm of the
couch and, in mid air, jumped out of her sweater - she had it on when she
started to jump, it fell to the floor, and by the time she landed on the
couch she was naked!!!! Or as our British friends would observe, she jumped
out of her jumper!! ;>

revenge ;)

Well, yeah, in a couple they look grumpy. But after all, it's *one* day
in the whole, entire, pampered little prima donna lives. They can dress
up for a Christmas card shoot. It won't scar them for life. :-)

They'll tell you differently - they say they were thoroughly traumatized and
need lots and lots of cat treats to make up for the abuse! ;>

Yeah, the expression on Sammy's face on this one,

says it all! She was *NOT* a happy camper.

Actually they were amazingly tolerant - however, Bandit tends to like her
revenge cold so I'll have to watch out in the middle of the night or will
end up with bloodied sheets like three days after we came home from our
Thanksgiving trip! ;>

They must be remarkably tolerant creatures... Sammy looks like she's
saying 'you'd better not come too close or I'm going to shred you!'
but they actually have the clothes ON... I tried to put a jingly bell
collar and santa hat on the girls and you would have thought I was
trying to murder them :( Tessie tried to bite it off, and Silver stuck
her paw up under it and kept prying until the velcro gave way! (I
didn't even TRY Scouty, for obvious reasons)

I had to shoot quickly, they didn't stay in their sweaters for long! ;>
I joke around, but Bandit actually seems to like her sweater - maybe she's
like me and tends to be cold-natured in her old age!

Jessie was not amused. Did you need a blood transfusion after putting on
those outfits ;o)?

No, they were surprisingly good about it. I'm always picking them up to
clean eyes, look in ears, check tartar on teeth, etc., so they are quite
used to being "manhandled". This was just another indignity they had to put
up with - I guess they figure they've got it good enough here, that their
slaves are attentive enough, that they can put up with a little aggravation
at least once a year for Christmas card pictures! ;>

Oh no - I'm not that talented, I picked them up at PetsMart where they were
erroneously labeled as d*g clothes! ;>

Oh dear... Jay Leno would have a blast with this since he despises it when
people dress up their pets! The Samazon isn't looking too happy here.

I usually hate it too - but this was a special occasion for taking Christmas
card photos - the sweaters have been around here forever and every once in a
while I drag them out for a photo op. ;>

That's Bandit's preferred mode of revenge - she'll wait until I'm sound
asleep and then savage my hand. She did that three days after we got home
from our Thanksgiving trip to N.O. - I had to get up in the middle of the
night for emergency first aid and then change the bloodied sheets. Since
she has always been a biter, I keep up to date on my tetanus shots and know
how to clean my wounds so they won't become infected (and if they're ddp
enough - like when she bit me when she got her stitches out -I go ahead and
get the doctor to call me out a prophylactic antibiotic).
Life the the Queen B*tch Cat From H*ll can be challenging - just ask Fil!
