Excuse the typos. I have a lapful of purry Siamese. In the process of my
writing this, they have
1.Clawed their way up my leg
2.Climbed my head, removing several clumps of hair on the way
3Talked incessantly about the shocking food on offer, and what I'm going to
do about it
4 Changed Caps Lock a few times
5.Typed several lines of gibberish
6. Demanded continuous cuddles, which means I am typing left handed
7. Put the monitor to sleep
8. Had a fight over who gets which part of The Lap
9. Chased Greeblings in my shirt/hair/monitor

OMG!  I'd heard that Siamese were "chatty" but I couldn't believe all the
meowing in the background - my cats, combined, haven't meowed that much in
the entire time I've had them!  Have you "tuned it out" to keep from going
bonders?!  Do they do this constantly or were they begging just then for
treats or food?

Toddler commentary in the background is adorable, as is the kitty, btw!

Hugs,

CatNipped

Thankyou :)
We have a very noisy house...I tune it out, as do our wonderful neighbours!
One of the adults, my boy, is so bad you can hear him 4 houses away when
he's in full 'complaint' voice. They mostly only talk when they want
something; eg food, attention, to go in their room etc. When I went to get
the little girl from the vet yesterday (Chrystal in the video) I could hear
her aggrieved howlings the minute I stepped in the door; I felt sorry for
the staff :) You can have a good half hour conversation with the really
chatty ones, which makes them brilliant companions for elderly folks.
Thanks, Catnipped :)
