Well, inspired by yesterday's success with the cats and camera, I spent a good portion of the evening being a celebrity cat photographer as the boys mugged for the camera. There is a sequence of pictures of Otis grooming Chester, an intimidating cat face, a bird flipping picture, and finally, a heartwarming hand holding shot. But he isn't. > :) It's surprising isn't it? He took to Chester like a duck to water the instant they met. In fact, Chester was quarantined because he had caught a kitty cold at the shelter before we picked him up. Otis threw himself at Chester's door for two days until we finally relented. He started grooming Chester right away and they have never done anything more than play fight - a little rough sometimes - but playfighting just the same. He just really needs company. Otis will arrive and lower his head for Chester to groom. Chester is lousy at it though - he's got poor muscle tone in his tongue and it flops around and soaks Otis ;-) I should check in on your website and see your garden now too.
